What To Bring With You
Customers can choose to pick up rental equipment or have the equipment delivered for an additional cost (call for trucking quotes). Lessor reserves the right to refuse lessee pickup of rental equipment in the case that the lessee’s trailer does not meet specifications for rental equipment weight/height ratings.
Upon delivery or pickup of rental equipment, lessee must present a valid form of identification and pay for the rental in full with check or cash. Tax will be applied to the total rental transaction unless proof of lessee tax exemption is provided. Sales tax applied at 8% if tax exempt form is not supplied by the lessee.
How To Return Equipment
All rental equipment will be clean and full of diesel fuel at time of pickup or delivery, and must be returned to Nikitich Equipment Rental clean and full of diesel fuel. Equipment can be refueled at Nikitich Equipment Rental at the lessee’s expense.
All damages to the machine during the rental term will be charged to the lessee.
